College Basketball Sleepers

Big 10 MICHIGAN With the addition of new PG Burke the Wolverines can creep up and be contenders in the Big 10. Hardaway will attract a lot of attention so Forwards Smotrycz and Horford must step up their games. They are capable of doing so and more. Wolverines have nice length on defense and could give OSU, MSU, Wisonsin and Purdue fits.

Big East GEORGETOWN This Hoyas team has a lot of question marks with only two Seniors and one Junior on the team. Thompson and Clark give Gtown a nice 1-2 punch but they need help. If 6’10 Senior Sims can stay out of foul trouvle and get about 8 pts a game with DD boards and Freshman Hicks can be solid 3rd option the Hoyas be a surpise in a difficult Big East conference.

Big 12 TEXAS A&M Ranked 20+ could be incorrect. This team with there bigs of Davis, Roberson, and vaxuum cleaner R.Turner control the boards with authority. This team will give Missouri,Kansas, amd Baylor fits. This team is also deep. With good defense and rebounding the scoring of The Turners will be enough to challenge for Big 12 title. Note: This team will rally behinds their Coach Kennedys Parkinsons disease.

Pac 12 WASHINGTON This team always has talent. This year with just Ross as the Superstar they seem to be giving Coach Romar unselfish play. They have a lot of depth and bounce especially with C N ‘DIaye and F Gant. Again , I lobe teams that play great defense and have depth. Look for Washington to give Cal, and Stamdord teouble in this weak comference.

ACC CLEMSON With Two SR guards Smith and Young that will usually spellfor success at the College level. UNC and Duke get deserved hype but look for Clemson to be the spoiler in the ACC. Reliable Forward Booker who is DD rebounder gives Clemson some help on defense despite the teams lack of size.

SEC GEORGIA The Dawgs domt have the NBA talent of Kentucky but they do have two Senior Guards in Ware and Robimson who have been through the wars. Unfortumately, the SEC is stacked with size and talent for the Dawgs to bea real threat. However, look for the big men to get great experience with this tough conference and be ready for a potential March Madness birth.
